Interior Design Scope:
Select unit finish schemes; design leasing, fitness, and rooftop clubroom amenities areas.

Design Goals:
Create spaces to appeal to West Midtown’s ‘hipster’ clientele.

Biggest Design Challenge:
Rooftop clubroom’s adjacency to pool called for durable water resistant materials and upholstery to be selected.

Design Solution:
Designer vinyl patterns and colors were used for upholstery, and furniture was predominantly built-in, so that it would stay in clubroom and not be able to be moved outside to the  pool area.
