Renovation of apartment complex in Hapeville, Georgia

Interior Design Scope:
Cosmetic renovation of leasing office, internet café, clubroom, and rooftop amenity areas.

Design Goals:
Update and infuse new energy into existing amenities.

Biggest Design Challenge:
Incorporating existing brick accent walls into the new design  scheme; address concern of wind at rooftop amenity.

Design Solution:
Paint existing brick bright white in leasing office; select materials and colors to complement existing red brick in other areas. Selected and specified extra heavy furniture, made out of recycled milk cartons, to be used on rooftop. A custom table, with heavy duty metal welded base was also selected.
